Highlands Ranch Chiropractor
Dr. Jason McTavish graduated from National College of Chiropractic in 1997. After completing his internship in an impoverished area of Chicago, he continued gaining experience after graduation by treating underprivileged patients for an additional year. Shortly after moving to Colorado in 1998, Dr. McTavish signed a lease for future office space in Highlands Ranch. Dr. McTavish remains one of the longest standing, experienced and reputable highlands ranch chiropractors. We have recently signed a lease to ensure Eastridge Chiropractic will be here well into the future.
Dr. McTavish has pursued continuing education in multiple areas of interest. His focus on mechanisms of low back and disc injury, spinal disc disorders and neurologic examination have aided in proper diagnosis of spinal related conditions, while courses on spinal decompression and spinal rehabilitative exercises allow optimal treatment of these conditions. Gait analysis as well as foot mechanics, orthotic applications and extremity adjustment techniques have enabled Dr. McTavish to diagnose and treat the most difficult cases that have previously not responded to chiropractic care or physical therapy. Other areas of interest and continued education include orthopedic/chiropractic research, therapy and diagnosis of shoulder injuries, x-ray and advanced imaging, scoliosis treatment, nutrition and soft tissue/whiplash injuries due to automobile accidents.
Dr. McTavish and his wife Karen have two children, Alice, and Jack and two dogs. They enjoy spending time outdoors enjoying Colorado's unique landscape.

Michelle is a registered massage therapist and Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado graduate. She has been a therapist at Eastridge Chiropractic since 2010. After researching and experiencing the many benefits of massage she was drawn to the healing art of massage therapy.
She enjoys working with children and teens, as she has three children of her own and knows the aches and pains of sports and backpacks. Michelles' specialty is Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, joint range of motion, prenatal and hot stone.
Carolyn graduated from a fourteen month program at The Massage Therapy of Colorado in 2010. She wanted to enter a field that helps people through relaxation and healing. Body work can be a beneficial addition to a healthy lifestyle, it can improve overall health, treat and prevent injury, balance and rebuild the body, and give the needed relaxation to the body and mind.
Carolyn is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, pre-natal, hot stone, neuromuscular therapy, geriatric and sports massage.
As a Colorado native Carolyn takes full advantage of the outdoors, running, hiking, and playing with her dog, Conn.
